Stephen C. Tweed, CSP

Chairman and CEO

For the past 25 years, Stephen Tweed has served the home care industry as a business strategist, professional speaker, author and consultant. He has served as a board member for three not-for-profit home care agencies and as the Interim President and CEO of a $25 million home care company. He is the father of a 36-year-old son who uses the services of home care on a daily basis. Stephen is also Past-President of the National Speakers Association, a professional society of 3800 experts who speak professionally.

As principal of Leading Home Care, Stephen brings this wealth of knowledge and experience and applies it as the leader of this exciting company serving the home care industry.




Elizabeth Jeffries, RN, CSP, CPAE

Executive Coach

Elizabeth is a relationship strategist who works with executives and executive teams who want to master their influence and multiply their performance. She is the author of three books on leadership, and an award winning professional speaker. In 1997, Elizabeth was inducted into the CPAE Speaker Hall of Fame at the National Speakers Association in Tempe, Arizona.

Elizabeth will serve on the faculty of the Leadership Academies and will provide Executive Coaching to home care leaders who qualify.

Julie D. Raque

Client Services Coordinator

Julie is the voice of Leading Home Care.  When you call our office in Louisville, Julie will take your call.  She'll help you book a speaking or consulting engagement, place a product order or speak with the person you need to answer your questions.  Julie works with home care associations and corporations to find the right speaker for your next event.

Julie lives in Louisville with her two active teenagers.  While Julie keeps herself active with a variety of sports, church and family activities, her son keeps the family active with karate tournaments as he's earned his second degree black belt.  Her daughter enjoys volleyball and tennis.

 


Jason C. Tweed

Director of Business Development

Jason Tweed is an expert on the use of home care services. Having lived in a wheelchair since the age of three, Jason uses the services of home care on a daily basis. His specialty is Web-Centric® Marketing and Recruiting.

Jason's unique point of view gives us additional insight into recruiting, retaining and communicating with home care aides and personal care attendants. He manages our websites and drives our sales and marketing efforts.

A graduate of the School of Communications at Edinboro University of Pennsylvania, Jason also owns and operates Tweed Net Marketing, an Internet marketing company.  He and his wife Kristen live in Northumberland, PA, and are the proud parents of Twins... Jason Andrew and Ainsley Grace.




Diane West

Manager of Operations and CQA Program Manager

Diane WestDiane West works with our Private Duty CQA customers to help them understand and implement the Private Duty Caregiver Selection System.  She teached owners and HR professionals how to get the most from the CQA program to improve the quality of their staff while lowering their costs.

Diane is also the person who keeps our office running efficiently as our Manager of Operations.  Diane has been with Tweed Jeffries since September 2000.  An experienced administrator, Diane guides our office operations to insure a high level of customer service excellence and prompt order fulfillment.

Diane lives in Louisville with her husband, Mike, and son, Matthew. Diane enjoys spending time with her family and watching her son play college baseball.  

Mandy Besek

Executive Assistant

Mandy Besek is an assistant to Jason Tweed. Her creativity and attention to detail make her an asset in our Pennsylvania office.

She is a graduate in Art Education from Kutztown University, where she worked her way through school as a caregiver for a private duty home care company.

Mandy is still active as a textile artist and maintains an online gallery. She is also the proud parent of a cat child, Linny.


Mark Kleier

Director of Marketing

Mark joined Leading Home Care as Director of Marketing in 2010.  Mark is focused on creating programs and strategies that better enable our clients and partners serve the home care industry.  Mark can help you reach your target market through one of Leading Home Care's many events or sponsorship opportunities.  

Mark is a lifelong resident of Louisville and enjoys all sports, playing golf & tennis and spending time with family and friends. 

Diane Buckles, RN, BSN, MSN

Continuing Education Administrator

Diane Buckles is an experienced home care and rehabilitation manager, adjunct faculty member in nursing education, and continuing education administrator. Diane works with us to provide Continuing Education contact hours for nurses through our live seminars, teleseminars, and audio learning programs.
