CHICAGO, March 21, 2024 /PRNewswire/ — Waud Capital Partners (“Waud Capital”), a growth-oriented middle-market private equity firm, announced today the acquisition of Senior Helpers, one of the national leaders in home care and wellness offerings for seniors. Waud Capital is acquiring Senior Helpers from Advocate Health, the third-largest nonprofit health system in the nation.
