Learning Academies: Based on years of research, we are developing a series of learning systems for home care executives, managers and supervisors to train the next generation of home care leaders and sales professionals. Our Leadership Academies and Sales & Marketing Academies are conducted at convenient locations around the United States in cooperation with your state home care association.
Consulting & Coaching: Members of the Leading Home Care team work with home care organizations to assess the current reality, define opportunities to multiply performance, and develop specific, concrete action plans to grow your business and get ready for the future.
Teleseminars: Leading Home Care has become the leader in providing distance learning for home care companies by offering a monthly schedule of teleseminars.
