Stephen Tweed has been speaking professionally for over 27 years.  He has presented over 2000 presentations for hundreds of thousands of healthcare professionals.  He has spoken to all of the national home care and hospice organizations, and nearly every state home care association.  In 1993, he received the prestigious designation, CSP – Certified Speaking Professional, from the National Speakers Association, a society of experts who speak professionally.  In 2002-2003, Stephen served as the national president of NSA, and has served on the Executive Committee of the International Federation for Professional Speaking.  Stephen is the author or co-author of six books written specifically for the home care industry, and serves as Editor and Publisher of Stephen Tweed’s Leading Home Care Report, the leading electronic newsletter for home health care executives.

He is also the publisher of Stephen Tweed’s Leading Home Care Report, the leading electronic newsletter for CEOs and Executives of Home Health Care companies. 

In addition to his roles of strategist, speaker, author, and consultant, Stephen Tweed wears two more healthcare hats… board member and consumer. He has served on the Boards of Directors of three home care companies, and as the Interim President and CEO of a $25 million, 400 employee home care company. 

He is also the father of a 37 year old son who is physically disabled, lives in a wheelchair and uses the service of private duty home health care on a daily basis.

Michael Giudicissi has spent the past 15 years working in sales, sales management, and home care leadership.  Before joining Leading Home Care as our Home Care Sales Training & Coaching Specialist, Michael served as Vice Pre sident of Business Development for a $40 million regional home care company in the Southwestern United States.  He coaches home care sales managers in business development and sales performance, and trains home care sales representatives.  Michael is the author of two books;  Making The Approach:  Advanced Training for Home Care Sales Professionals, and Changing Lives:  Achieving Your Untapped Potential

Michael is also the editor of Sales Manager Insights, the weekly electronic newsletter for home care sales and marketing managers.
