One of the key elements of the NEW Academy for Private Duty Home Care is the Mastermind Group.  In his 1960 book, Think and Grow Rich,  serial entrepreneur Napoleon Hill defined Mastermind as “coordination of  knowledge and effort, in a spirit of harmony, between two or more people, for the attainment of a definite purpose.”

Nine owners and administrators of $5 Million private duty home care companies will come together on February 15 and 16 in Orlando for The Academy’s very first Private Duty Mastermind Group.  Their definite purpose is … “to support one another in growing their businesses to the next level.”

The National Private Duty Benchmarking Study shows that a $5 million home care company is in the to top six percent of all companies in our industry.  These are the leaders.  Because there are so few of them, they have no one else to talk to who will understand their issues and challenges.  So they are coming together.

If you are the Owner, CEO, or Administrator of a $5 Million home care company, there’s still time to register.  If you are the owner of a $2 million home care company, or the administrator of a private duty company affiliated with a home health agency, stay tuned for our next Private Duty Mastermind Groups.
