As spring approaches (hopefully!) it also signals the start of “Mastermind Season” at Leading Home Care. Our CEO Mastermind groups started meeting again in person last spring, and we’re glad to be back in the routine of meeting twice a year in person.

This spring the Top 5% Mastermind is going to Boston to visit one of their member companies. The Top 10% group is going to Chicago to visit one of the Top 5% companies. And the Strategic Growth groups will meet together, but separate, in Louisville a week after the Kentucky Derby. If you’ve been thinking about joining a group, now is a great time to set up a call with Stephen or Jensen and have an opportunity to visit the group on a monthly call and then be able to join the in-person meeting in April or May, if you feel the group is a good fit for you.

In addition to being back to meeting in person, we’re looking forward to a content-packed year on our monthly calls. We’ve mapped out discussion topics for the entire year for our monthly combined Mastermind Town Hall as well as our individual monthly meetings for each group, including accountability, leadership development, and benchmarking. We do leave flexibility in the schedule to change the topic if an industry trend or issue arises….like Covid.

We have openings for independent home care companies in the following groups (as long as there’s no competitor already in the group):

  • Top 7% (6,500 weekly hours of service or more)
  • Top 10% (3,500 – 6,500 weekly hours of service)
  • Strategic Growth Mastermind (1,500-3,500 weekly hours of service)

If you’ve been thinking about joining a Mastermind Group, now is a great time. There’s time to have a conversation with Stephen or Jensen, then visit the monthly meeting for the group you’d fit in before deciding whether to join the group and attend the in-person meeting.

All That Jazz

Last night we attended a terrific jazz concert at Artis-Naples, the museum and performance venue here in Naples Florida. My wife, Elizabeth Jeffries, and I really enjoy the music here. Last night's performance featured Gary Smulyan, Grammy winning Baritone Saxophonist leading a six-piece ensemble. As the band moved through their set, Elizabeth leaned over and whispered, "Look at their faces.…
