Back in November of 2015, I wrote to you about using OPE – Other People’s Experience – to grow your home care business.  I talked about my friend and colleague Zig Ziglar, and how he encouraged us to use OPE.

As we move into 2016, it’s time to get serious about using OPE by tapping into the experience of CEOs in the Top Tier of Home Care.  By spending time with other CEOs who have done amazing things in growing their companies, you can capture the passion, the strategies, and the momentum.  A big part of growing your business is momentum.  When you get it growing you can keep it growing of you focus on doing what you know how to do.

The two best ways to gain momentum from OPE are our Home Care Field Trips, and our Home Care Mastermind Groups.

Home Care Field Trips

image1There is nowhere else in the world where you can use OPE like attending a Home Care Field Trip sponsored by the Home Care CEO Forum (formerly The Academy for Private Duty Home Care).  For the past four years, we have been honored to work closely with CEOs from six Top Tier home care companies to share wisdom and experience by inviting you into their companies.  These caring, sharing CEOs will show you exactly how they have grown their businesses, open their heads and their hearts, and answer all of your questions.

We have three Home Care Field Trips scheduled for spring 2016:

March 15-16, 2016 – Virginia Beach, Virginia at Seniorcorp
April 13-14, 2016 – Phoenix, Arizona at Cypress Homecare Solutions
May 24-25, 2016 – Brentwood, Tennessee at Senior Solutions at Home

Home Care Mastermind Groups

One of the things that has been most important for me in growing my speaking and consulting business over the past three decades has been participating in a Mastermind Group of other professional speakers.  We gather regularly to share ideas, solve problems, give feedback, and encourage one another.  I can point directly to ideas and encouragement from my mastermind group that have turned into millions of dollars of revenue.

The very first Home Care Mastermind Group is the $5 Million Mastermind, that we created in the spring of 2012.  We started with five companies who generate $5 million or  more in revenue.  This group has grown to ten companies, and three of the original members have left because they sold their companies. This group is limited to ten companies, and is currently full with a waiting list.

The second Home Care Mastermind Group is the Strategic Growth Mastermind Group.  This is a group of six companies who are currently generating $1.5 to $3 million in revenue, but who aspire to qualify for the $5 Million group.  We currently have four spaces available in this group. If you are the CEO of a $1.5 to $3 million company, you have a goal to hit $5 Million, and you are willing to meet regularly with a group of other CEOs with similar goals, then we’d love to talk with you about being a member.  Click here to fill out the inquiry form.

Other Sources of OPE

As we continue into 2016, Leading Home Care and the Home Care CEO Forum will be creating other opportunities for you to share ideas, solve problems, and develop your own personal growth strategies by connecting with other Top Tier home care CEOs.  Stay tuned for more unique opportunities to grow your business.
