Are you already thinking about New Year’s resolutions for your business?

Do those goals include growing your business and possibly opening additional offices?

afnb_logo_new2If so, you’ll want to add “Attend a Home Care Field Trip” to your list of resolutions for 2017.  On January 9 and 10, 2017, we’ll be in New Orleans for a Field Trip to A First Name Basis.  Although this is the first time going to A First Name Basis, Jake Fackrell, the CEO, has hosted hugely successful Field Trips at his previous company in Corona, CA – Alta Home Care.  Jake and his COO, Joe, are looking forward to opening their doors and sharing their expertise with you to help you grow your home care business.  A First Name Basis has 5 offices throughout Louisiana doing about 7,000 hours of service per week, however, the more unique thing about them is that they staff those hours from a central scheduling office in Utah.

So, if you’d like to not only learn how to grow your business and develop your sales people, but also how you can run multiple locations from one office, then you don’t want to miss this Field Trip.  We will only be going to A First Name Basis one time in 2017.

Here’s the feedback we received from Sandy Hoen of Wilson Home Care in Hawaii after she attended the last Field Trip in Corona, CA with Jake Fackrell:

If you were asked to recommend the Private Duty Field Trip to another owner or administrator of a private duty home care business, what would you tell them?

I would tell them that we all have similar challenges that are unique to our industry. The Private Duty Field Trip showcased agencies across the country who have successfully addressed these challenges, and created models that work. The field trips share these models. It’s like being given the Holy Grail of homecare. They’ve cracked the code!          Sandy Hoen, Quality Assurance Director, Wilson Care

Does that sound like an experience that can help you reach new goals for your company? Join us in New Orleans for a great learning experience!

I've been thinking about the Future of Home Care. I was in Dallas, TX on Monday and Tuesday this week at the Home Care Association of America National Leadership Conference. What a major milestone. Artificial Intelligence in Home Care

I've been thinking about the impact of AI on Home Care. Three things happened this week that have totally shifted my awareness and thinking about Artificial Intelligence. First, I've been reading a new book that was recommended to me called "Reshuffle" by Sangeet Paul Choudary. He's a senior fellow at UC Berkley, and a strategic advisor…
