We have just the opportunity for you….a Field Trip to Seniorcorp in Virginia Beach, Virginia on September 20-21, 2016. At the Field Trip you’ll have the opportunity to learn about Seniorcorp‘s Five Phases of Flow and how they grew their business from 0 to 12,000 weekly hours of service in just 10 years. It takes hard work, but if you have dedication, good systems and strategies, it can be done.
We start the Field Trip with an opening dinner where you get to meet the hosts and other attendees and have time for conversation. The next morning, we start with a tour of Seniorcorp’s office then gather in their conference room for Tom and Andy’s presentation on the Five Phases of Flow, office operations, and their recruiting and marketing strategies. Then, you’ll have lunch and spend the remainder of the day in a Q&A session with Tom, Andy and the other attendees. You can ask any questions you want…no holds barred. There will not be any competitors in attendance, so you can feel comfortable to get in the weeds with questions and discussing strategies that have or have not worked.
