16330984_xxl-field-tripAs I write this article from chilly, but sunny, Pittsburgh, PA, Stephen is spending the day in warm and sunny Corona, CA at our 10th Private Duty Field Trip.  We have had over 100 home care companies from across the US and Canada attend our Field Trips and every location we’ve visited has sold out!  Not only does that tell us that this is a valuable tool for people that attend, but it shows us that companies are yearning for opportunities to learn from other companies that have been where they are, but are now operating in the thousands of service hours per week and millions in annual revenue.  If you want to be one of the companies that takes advantage of the opportunity to learn from a company that was once where you are, then you don’t want to miss our next Field Trip in Louisville, Kentucky on March 31-April 1, 2015 hosted by ElderCare 4 Families.

ElderCare 4 Families was one of the very first companies to host the Field Trip starting in 2013 and we are thankful for their generosity to continue welcoming other owners to their office to show them how they run their company.  Rita and Jeff Pate founded this company because they wanted to provide personal care for people who demand the best resource available.  ElderCare 4 Families employs certified nursing assistants, home health aides, caregivers, companions and homemakers to help clients maintain their independence. Their key purpose is to provide dignity, warmth and caring to whoever needs them, combining caring hands and hearts for personalized care with a loving touch.

During the Field Trip, Jeff and Rita will show you through their office, introduce you to key team members, discuss their organizational structure and internal processes and then give you the opportunity to ask any questions you may have from their daily processes to how they grew their business.  Whether you’re just getting your company off the ground or you’ve been in business for a number of years and want to grow, then you’ll want to join us in Louisville on March 31 & April 1 so you can return refreshed and energized with new ideas to implement in your own home care company.
