In the benchmarking study,  The Leaders are all those companies who participated  in the study, and who generate more than $2 million in Revenue.  The median size of The Leaders in 2013 was $3,343,000.

  3. Hospital Discharge Planners
  4. Independent Living Facilities
  5. Medicare Certified Home Health Agencies
