What are you doing to automate your business?  If you want to scale your business, you need to look at automation.

If you have been following our work at Leading Home Care and the Home Care CEO Forum, you know that we work with CEOs and C-suite leaders in home health, hospice, and private pay in-home care who want to grow their businesses.  One of the biggest barriers to growth is the Caregiver Recruiting and Retention Crisis. There simply are not enough nurses, therapists, and in-home caregivers to meet the growing needs of an aging population.

That means if you want to grow, you need to be better than your competitors at recruiting, selecting, interviewing, and on-boarding caregivers.  I wrote about this in detail in my just-released book, Conquering the Crisis.  In my book, I wrote about the need to put in place a system, and I outlined a seven-step caregiver quality system.  I talked about the importance of putting together people and processes that repeat the tasks with consistency.

Well, as part of our ongoing research we discovered a company that has developed an online, automated system for caregiver recruiting, selection, interviewing, and on-boarding.  The company is called Vikus, and we have partnered with them to introduce their software to you.  We believe that every home care company that wants to grow needs to automate their system and we believe that Vikus is the best online service to help you to that.

A Proven Process for Automating Your Business.

The Vikus platform uses an eight step method for making your HR function easier and more consistent:

I. Planning – define clearly who you are looking for.

II. Sourcing – cast a wide net to source more high quality applicants.

III. Recruiting – get your job posting out to all of the best online job sites.

IV.  Assessing – identify top candidates using a reliable pre-employment assessment to save time and effort in screening

V.  Interviewing – transform job interviews into an engine of growth by asking consistent and effective behavioral interview questions.

VI. On-boarding – save time during live orientation by completing all hiring paperwork ahead time, saving you time and effort

VII.  Integrating – seamlessly tie your hiring and on-boarding process to background checks, drug screens, scheduling software, and payroll systems.

VIII. Measuring – use hiring and retention outcomes data to improve your hiring process and understand your hiring pipeline.

Upcoming Preview Webinars

To give you a preview of the power of Vikus, we are sponsoring a number of webinars to show you the details of how this process works. You’ll get an inside look at the technology that will help you automate your business.  We will be using our new video webinar platform to give you a peak behind the curtain to see how this amazing system can help make your life easier, remove barriers to growing, reduce turnover, and improve your bottom line.
