As a regular reader, you know that we’ve been monitoring the digital disruptors in home care for the past several years and keeping you up to date on what they have been doing, and the potential impact on the home care sector.

Back in February, I wrote “Death of a Digital Disruptor”, breaking the news that Home Hero had called it quits.  In his blog post announcing the demise of the company, Kyle Hill, the co-founder and CEO described what had happened, and why they were exiting the home care business. Since Home Hero had not spent all of the $23 million they had raised, Hill indicated that they would be looking for another opportunity in the health care space.

Here it is

Well, Kyle just announced their new venture; Harvey.  Harvey will offer virtual consultations with both allopathic and naturopathic physicians, advanced in-home lab testing, and natural treatments to help patients with chronic health conditions.  You can read the full article announcing the new company here.

We’ll continue to watch the progress of Harvey as they roll our their products and services, and let you know what we learn. We’ll also continue to watch the other Digital Disruptors; Honor, Home Team, and Kindly Care.
