In January 2013, Leading Home Care and The Home Care CEO Forum launched one of the most innovative approaches to helping companies grow in the private pay, in-home care industry.  Called the Private Duty Field Trip, this was an opportunity for a few invited owners, CEOs, and administrators to spend a full day inside one of the leading companies in the industry.  No one was invited who competed with the host company.

The first field trip was a smashing success, and since then the Home Care CEO Forum has sponsored 22 Private Duty Field Trips with over 200 participants.  The feedback has been amazing.  There’s just nothing like it.

Join us in Brentwood

If you would like to experience a full day of in-depth conversation about how to grow a successful home care business, you’ll want to join us on May 23 and 24, 2017 in the Nashville suburb of Brentwood, Tennessee.  Your host, Kunu Kaushal, CEO of Senior Solutions Home Care will give you a tour of his facility, and describe in detail how he has grown his business from zero to over 8,000 hour per week.  brentwood ft 2

Kunu is a real student of the home care business. He came to our very first Private Duty Field Trip in Phoenix.  A year later, he attended his second field trip in Louisville, and a year after that he came to a third field trip in Virginia Beach, VA.  Each time, Kunu went back and put the ideas he received into action.  He found out about our Top 5% Mastermind Group, then called the$5 Million Mastermind. He said, “I want to be a member of that group.”

Two years later, be bought another home care company and doubled his size. He joined the $5 Million Mastermind Group and has continued to learn and to grow his business. He has also given back by hosting four previous field trips.

Three Things You’ll Learn

If you are a student of the home care business, and you would like to double the size of your business, here are three ways you can do it:

  1. Buy a Business – Kunu doubled the size of his company by merging with a friendly competitor. Two years later, he bought out his partner.
  2. Open Multiple Offices – Senior Solutions Home Care serves most of the state of Tennessee from four offices. Soon, they will open two more offices.
  3. Serve Medicaid Waiver – When he started, Kunu focused on private pay home care, but later moved into serving the state’s low income elderly population through the Medicaid Waiver program.  Today, his business is a healthy mix of private pay and waiver.

If you are considering one or more of these three strategies to double your business, you’ll want to attend this field trip. There’s nowhere else where you will learn up close and personal how it’s done.

As I mentioned, Kunu has attended three other field trips before becoming a host. Here’s what he said back then:

This Field Trip is limited to 14 people.  No one may attend who competes with Senior Solutions Home Care, and no one may attend who competes with another company in attendance.  Don’t miss your chance. This will be the only field trip to Brentwood in 2017.  Register today!
